If you are ready to add coaching to your toolkit as a health professional, this workshop will be sure to assist you with that.
As you are well aware, many professionals and industries are using coaching to assist clients, customers, colleagues and many others to improve performance, motivation and independence, to take more initiative, think differently and work autonomously. As there is an increase in coaching being used, and on various levels it continues to prove that it is a skill that all health professionals should aspire to gain and apply in the workplace.
This workshop ‘Beyond Treatment: Using Coaching to Create Lasting Change’ will provide you with an understanding of what coaching is and how to apply it at work in different situations (clinical and non-clinical). You will learn how to coach, watch a session and practice coaching with others, so that you can go into your workplace and begin using this enabling skill.
Numbers will be limited to assist with the group work. More workshops will be available.
This workshop will allow you to claim the time as PD as a health professional, it is not an ICF accredited course where you claim CCEU’s however, if this workshop encourages you to further your coach training there will be some resources for this.
