The Infrastructure That Separates Good Businesses From Great Ones
Most entrepreneurs start their business by doing everything themselves.
They are the CEO and the salesperson and the delivery person and the finance manager and everything else. They build the business with their own hands and their own effort, because they are capable and willing to work hard, they build something that works.
But then they hit a ceiling, the business can only grow as much as they can personally do, they are already working eighty hour weeks. So the business stops growing. It plateaus. It becomes successful but it becomes exhausting. Is this story familiar?

This is unglamorous work. It is not exciting, but it is not the part of business that most entrepreneurs want to do. It is the part that determines however, whether your business can grow beyond you.
