Appointments and Tele-health

  • Where appointments are booked we understand that life can change and therefore appointment changes may be required, 24-12 hrs notice are required via email or partial (50% payment) for this appointment will be required.

Refunds

Mastery of Doing complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy outlines our approach to refunds for coaching services and workshops.

  1. One-to-One Services
  • No refunds are provided for services already delivered.
    Once a session has taken place, the fee for that session is non-refundable.
  • Refunds for future sessions are available upon request.
    If you have prepaid for multiple sessions, you may request a refund for any unused sessions.
  1. Workshops & Group Events
  • Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the workshop start time.
  • No refunds are provided within 24 hours of the workshop or after the workshop has begun.
  • If Mastery of Doing cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another session.
