I have been quite taken by writing/journaling/creative writing, who knew. I never ever thought this would be something I would be interested in, however, I have found many benefits from it, and funnily enough, there is some research to back this up.

This is a great habit to form in our daily lives, it can assist us in so many ways, from reflective thinking, reducing anxiety, reaching those amazing goals and dreams, improving IQ, enhancing EI, increasing creativity, the list is pretty big. If you want to create positive change in your life, I suggest something like journaling it is a habit that will work wonders for you.
