Taking the time to work through what is or has been getting in the way of moving forward.
Checking in & Review
It’s time to check in with what you have started to make changes to and review that you are heading in the right direction, lost motivation or require course correction.
Roles are important to everyone’s life during this session you inspect roles that are chosen, assumed or expected and examine those that serve you and those that do not.
Stopping to consider day-to-day routines and analyse whether they are having a positive or negative affect on the changes you are aiming to make.
When going through change of any type it is a great time to review self care activities which can range from anything in regards to how much you exercise, money management, sleep, eating, asking for or accepting help. Remember, self care is not all about massages, candles and baths. This short activity gives you a moment to review your self care tasks and change what needs to be changed for now. The activity can be used again when life changes again.
