Often, there is a line that we need to cross to achieve the goals we are aiming for and to make the changes we long to make.
This line is not something similar to ‘the grass is greener on the other side’, quite often it represents feelings such as fear, doubt, not-knowing, and hard work.
Understanding that often we stay where we are because it is easier than addressing those feelings and concerns, but in doing so we can never truly appreciate what it will be like to move towards what it is that we want.
Spending time investigating what these feelings represent, visualising or planning those goals and changes then taking small steps can begin the process, but we humans tend to want to remain safe and can at times be lazy or avoid the extra work required to achieve what we want because life is busy. Taking the time to address the negative feelings, not-so-helpful thoughts and begin discussing or taking small steps can be the biggest step to create what you want rather than spending more time where you are or chasing your tail.
Then beyond the line comes commitment.
Now that 2020 is well underway if you are ready to cross the line email me masteryofdoing@gmail.com
Have a great day.
