What are the health benefits of doing? Given that humans are driven to ‘do’ (even when you are procrastinating!!!) there are a multitude of health benefits from ‘doing’ and being involved in engaging activities.
Some days it feels like we do the same things over and over again, and on a lot of days this is true, humans are habitual by nature.
